This weekend program is designed for kids with intermediate snowboard skills, looking to increase their confidence on all terrain while learning basic racing skills. Zero race experience is required, and there is no need for race-specific equipment. Riders will be introduced to race-specific equipment when they feel ready. This program splits time between developing and improving fundamental snowboard skills related to carving, balance and confidence on intermediate/advanced terrain, all while learning the basics of snowboard racing in race courses.

Racers will participate in Club Championships and have the option to register for additional Ontario Snowboard races. A coach will be provided for those not attending outside races with adequate notice given.

High Performance Snowboard Racing | 15+ yrs

This race program offers an opportunity for athletes to elevate their training efforts focusing on NorAm- and FIS-level racing within North America. The program is tailored to student athletes and customizes the content for each athlete, including a development plan that incorporates technical development, strength and conditioning guidance, and nutrition.

The program seeks to provide an encouraging and inclusive environment where athletes will be expected to participate actively in the development of their own goals and training programs. Athletes will have access to training three days a week with the expectation that they will participate in four NorAm events throughout the season. Further to that, athletes will participate in the provincial race series provided it aligns with their personal development program.
