After a 16 year hiatus, the iconic Pond Skim made its return on March 23, 2024! Alpine members and guests alike braved the frigid waters (IYKYK, we were scooping ice out of the pond just hours before the event!) for a shot at glory as one of 2024’s successful skimmers.
While not everyone made it across the pond, the swimmers provided endless entertainment for onlookers.

Bib Pick-Up: 1:00-2:00pm in Ascot Hall
Need to know:
- Open to all (must be over 42 inches in height)
- Helmets are mandatory
- No ski poles
- Must wear bib
- Costumes and funny outfits STRONGLY encouraged.
- All participants will be required to sign a special waiver upon bib pick-up for themselves or by parent/guardian for those under 18.
*late registrations will be accepted on event day, if you can’t work up your courage before then!
