Our members and friends gathered on Saturday, October 17 for the return of Alpine’s annual fall festival, Alpinefest. This year’s sun-soaked celebration infused Oktoberfest vibes throughout the Club, with fun and good eats for the entire family.
Members took a scenic ride on the Arrowhead Chair to admire the beautiful fall foliage, and challenged each other to a family-friendly scavenger hunt the entire way down. From sack races to pumpkin decorating, there was plenty of friendly competition and laid back activities to kickstart another season at everyone’s favourite family hangout.

Who has trained the hardest for après?
No Oktoberfest-inspired celebration is complete without testing the strength and endurance of our members and friends. Our first-ever stein-holding competition, brought to us by Beau’s Brewing, was a crowd favourite, with even our youngest getting in on the action (with water cups of course!)
Congratulations to the winners of each heat, who outlasted their fellow après superstars for bragging rights heading into the season!
