Located on Brophy’s Lane, the cottage features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comes with deeded access to the beach — an easy walk to the water for swimming and paddling.
The home has central A/C throughout, keeping things cool and comfortable on even the warmest summer days. The main living area has a wood-burning stone fireplace — a nice touch for cooler lakeside evenings — with two additional gas fireplaces throughout the home. The layout is spacious but practical, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining and living areas are open and functional.
A mudroom at the back entrance is ideal for storing beach gear, towels, and outdoor equipment, helping keep sand and wet swimsuits out of the main living areas.
