Welcome to 21 Cranberry Surf, a beautifully situated three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in one of Collingwood’s most unique waterfront communities. We’re looking for one family to make it their home for the entire 2026–27 winter season.

The bright, open-concept main floor is designed for easy family living, with a comfortable living area centred around a gas fireplace — perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with its own ensuite and private balcony overlooking Georgian Bay. Two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom make the home ideal for a family, while upstairs laundry keeps winter living easy.

Step outside and you’re on the Georgian Bay waterfront, with the Cranberry Surf trail right behind the property. Blue Mountain and the area’s ski clubs are an easy drive away, while downtown Collingwood’s restaurants, cafés and shops are just minutes from home.
