Snowboard/Freeski Bulletin

Season Groups

We hope everyone had a great first week back after the holidays! We are excited to get started with the first weekend of our 9-week programs. If this is your child’s first weekend on snow, please be sure to let your supervisor, instructor, or coach know so that we can be sure to keep an eye on their progression. For the first couple of weekends, we will have some shifts with the groups as we try to find the best fitting group for your rider’s ability level.

For our freeski and snowboard competitive groups we are kicking the season of strong with their first competition on Sunday. Good luck to all our athletes! Please make sure to review the details below.

Please review the season class lists below for all snowboard and freeski groups. Groups are subject to change based on riders’ skill level and progression.

Members please log in to view group lists below.

Fun & Glory Calcutta

Join us in the Heritage Lounge this Saturday, January 10 at 2:00pm for the Fun & Glory Calcutta Auction!

What is the Fun & Glory Calcutta? Become a team owner by bidding in a live auction! Ownership is open to all members, whether you’re racing in Fun & Glory or just want to join the excitement.

At the end of the season, winnings will be awarded based on team results. All amounts paid for teams go into a prize pool, which will be distributed as follows:

  • 10% to the ski programs fundraiser
  • 50% to the purchaser of the winning team
  • 25% to the purchaser of the second-place team
  • 15% to the purchaser of the third-place team

How Does It Work? The Fun & Glory Captains have drafted 8 evenly matched teams. Racers earn points based on tier placement:

  • Top racer = 8 points
  • Second place = 7 points
  • And so on until all racers have points
  • A team’s score = combined points from each member’s top 3 races of the season

The team with the highest total score will be crowned this year’s champion!
