Men with Knives is Alpine’s exclusive in-house catering partner for all weddings and events. In tandem with the Alpine team, Men with Knives will work with you, from initial quote to the day-of, to create a personalized and unique event menu and experience.

Midweek Winter Groups
Midweek winter groups take advantage of customized food and beverage options by working with the Men with Knives team to create a special off-hill experience. Groups with a minimum of 10 guests can choose from both packaged and buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, and après ski as well as host bar or specialty bar add-ons.
