Yoga with Audrey
A multi-level class focused on building strength and balance. Focusing on alignment while exploring traditional asanas (poses). This class is open to all levels due to the slower tempo. It is open to beginners and perfect for experienced yogis who want to build greater self-awareness.

Current athletes on his roster include nationally and internationally ranked ski and snowboarders (including our very own Alpine athletes!), swimmers and competitive golfers.
Audrey Wega
Audrey’s yoga journey began in 2014. Unenthused with the thought of going to the gym every day, but recognizing the need for movement and strength building, she found yoga! Audrey enjoys the simplicity of yoga – just your body, breath & mind (and a mat!). She is constantly amazed by the power of combining breath and movement. Audrey believes that yoga should be fun and looks forward to seeing you on the mat.
