U14, U16/U18 Weekend (SOD)
Dates: December 27 – January 3 (excludes January 1), in season Saturdays & Sundays, January 4-March 2
Time: 9:30-11:45am & 12:45-3:30pm
U12 ALL-INC / U14 OCUP / U16-U18 OCUP

Meeting Places
Racing Department Update
Now that our very successful pre-season camps are completed; we are all very excited to start race programs on Dec. 27. The conditions on our slopes at Alpine are fantastic. Thank you to the snowmaking and operations departments for putting in all the hard work and overnight hours to ensure we have a great surface to train on for the holidays!
As we start programs, we will have several teams doing technical free skiing for the first few days and then progressively assign training hill space, with those teams that have already had time on snow getting space first, followed by our older teams and then younger.

Parent Information Meetings
- December 28 – U8/U10 Parent Meeting at 10:00am in Arrowhead Room
- December 29 – U12-U16 SOD Cup Parent Meeting at 10:00am in Arrowhead Room
Junior Race Simulation (a.k.a. Time Trials) & Skills Assessment
January 2 & 3
Racers will meet their coaches at the usual meeting times on these days. Coaches will pick up and distribute bibs at morning drop-off.
U8/U10 PSL Time Trial on Kent: Thursday January 2 AM (time TBC)
U12/U14/U16-18 PSL Time Trial on Challenge: Thursday January 2 PM (time TBC)
January 3 will be a skills assessment day with regular camp groups and meeting times.
The data from the Race Simulation and Assessment, plus other coaches’ data will be used to fine tune our groups within “U categories” for U8 and U10 teams. Our U12 and older teams will be grouped based on the brackets they are racing in. Season teams will be announced January 3.
Sidecut Tuning Clinic
Sidecut Tuning will be at the Club on Thursday, January 2 at 2:00pm in the Arrowhead Room. Stop by for a tuning education workshop open to all.
Friday Training
The first optional Friday Training date is Friday January 10. Please use the sign-up form below to register for a Friday Training and/or to purchase packages of training. Packs of 4 or 9 are available.
Single day: $80
4-pack: $260
9-pack: $450
If you are in U8 Training Squad, U10 Weekend, U12 Weekend, U14 Weekend, or U16-18 Weekend, you have the option to redeem dates from a training pack that you have purchased through your member account, or may request to purchase a training pack or additional dates through this online form.
Adult Racing
Adult Racing registrations close on December 31.
Fun & Glory Time Trials

Adult Racing Social
December 30 @ 3:00pm in Heritage Lounge
Whether you’re new to racing, returning or simply curious about becoming social on the hill, join us as we kick off the season with a pre-season reunion in the Heritage Lounge. Fun & Glory Dual After Dark
Join us on February 22 for the 1st annual Fun & Glory Dual Slalom under our new lights starting at 4:30pm! This exciting new event will run in a head-to-head format, complete with an instant elimination round, and timed finals for the ultimate bragging rights going to the male and female winners!
Fun & Glory Calcutta Auction
This year, the Calcutta auction is moving online!
This is your chance to engage in some fun online bidding for your F&G team all in support of our Alpine programs. Open to all members, whether you race down the slopes or cheer from the sidelines.
