This all inclusive rental includes hydro, natural gas heat, in-floor heat in master ensuite bath and sunroom, water & sewer (well & septic), the driveway is plowed.
Close to area ski clubs, walk to downtown Clarksburg’s art & other shops or to shopping & restaurants in Thornbury. This home is ideal for a couple or a young family needing room for kids to play etc. Quiet kid safe street offers peace of mind for parents.
Rent is $5,000 inclusive plus a refundable $1,000 damage deposit.
